Refund policy

At InkVerse Apparel, every item is custom-made specifically for you once an order is placed. Because our products are created through a print-on-demand process, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering mistakes.
- We do not offer refunds for orders that have already entered production or have been shipped.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing their purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To request assistance, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once reviewed and approved, InkVerse Apparel will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refunds
InkVerse Apparel does not provide cash refunds for custom-made products.
Approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders will be resolved through one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Product replacement
- Reprint of the item
- Store credit
Shipping Issues
InkVerse Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier directly. InkVerse Apparel cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as successfully delivered.
