All products sold by InkVerse Apparel are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier's service availability.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, InkVerse Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • InkVerse Apparel cannot guarantee order recovery or redelivery.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

InkVerse Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
